Refund Policy

Reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. VINverify is not liable for purchases made in reliance on its reports.
1) Conditions for a Refund
A refund can be issued only if all of the following are met:
- The request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.
- The reason for the refund is valid under this policy.
2) Valid Reasons
- You received an empty report.
- You were charged twice for the identical report.
3) Invalid Reasons
- Inaccuracies in a report (data comes “as is” from third-party databases).
- Incomplete report (available information may vary).
- Untimely report (delivery/generation delays).
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal (terms are shown on the purchase page and in the Terms & Conditions).
4) How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@vinverify.online with:
- Subject: Refund Request
- Your email address
- Vehicle VIN
- Reason for the refund
- Your First and Last Name
- Date of purchase
- Method of payment
- PayPal transaction ID or last 4 digits of your card
5) Additional Terms (Trials & Automatic Charges)
- Partial refund may apply: if a subscription was activated, VINverify may refund minus the cost of a Full Report (normally $49.99 or the single-report list price before discounts).
- Processing time: up to 10 business days.
- Refund method: to the original payment method when possible.
