Welcome to vinverify.online, which is owned and operated by VINverify® (“VINverify,” “we,” “us,” “our”). To remain on this site and access its features, you must agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Along with our NMVTIS Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, these Terms define your interactions with this website.

1. Agreement to be Bound; Changes to Terms

This is a legal agreement between you and VINverify covering use of our services (“Services”) available via https://vinverify.online. Any use constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms at our discretion and will notify you by email and a prominent website notice. Continued use after changes indicates agreement. We may refuse access to any service for any reason, including non-compliance.

2. Class Action Waiver, Mandatory Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law

All claims or disputes arising out of or relating to the Site/Services must be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration; class actions and jury trials are waived. Arbitrability is decided by the arbitrator, who may not consolidate claims. Florida law governs; certain IP or unauthorized-access claims may be brought in Miami, FL courts.

Parties will try to resolve informally for 30 days. If unresolved, proceed to binding arbitration; it may be remote, fees limited by provider rules, awards enforceable in court. If you do not agree, notify VINverify and cease use. Reasonable attorneys’ fees may be reimbursed if you prevail.

3. Age Requirements for Use of Service

Services are for users 18+ only.

4. Software and Hardware Requirements

You need Internet access and certain software (with occasional updates). We don’t warrant device compatibility and aren’t responsible for inability to access the Services. No refunds in such cases. High-speed Internet is recommended.

5. What You Should and Should Not Expect from VINverify

a. Quality and Delivery. We strive for uninterrupted service but can’t guarantee no disruptions, inaccuracies, or delays.
b. Technical Improvement and Maintenance. We may change offerings and limit/suspend services for repairs/updates.
c. Content of Communications. We don’t control user-originated content; it may be offensive/illegal/inaccurate.
d. Use & Storage. We aren’t liable for maintained/deleted information and may limit use at any time.
e. Content of the Service. We may delete/refuse content; we may access/disclose information to meet legal requirements, enforce Terms, protect security, answer concerns, and safeguard integrity.
f. Termination. We may terminate Services and/or your use at any time, with or without cause.

6. What VINverify Expects from You

Account required; generally one per individual/legal entity; transfers need written permission. We may suspend/terminate accounts anytime without refund. Delinquent accounts may face remedial actions. Breach/late payment can lead to suspension/termination of related accounts. You need specific hardware/software to maintain records. By submitting data to vinverify.online you agree to the Terms and to pay for agreed transactions. Do not rely on a VINverify report as the sole basis for a vehicle purchase decision.

7. Reserved Rights

We may: monitor/review/audit use and registration data; moderate disputes; verify identity/purpose; refuse/cancel/terminate orders/accounts suspected of fraud or violations; and monitor activity for misuse, restricting/suspending/deactivating accounts as needed. Creating multiple accounts to abuse trials/promotions is prohibited.

8. Fees, Taxes, Billing, and Subscriptions

Account creation and payment of applicable fees are required. Fees/taxes/recurring charges are shown before purchase; ordering authorizes charges to your payment method. Pricing/billing/subscription terms may change with notice; if you disagree, cancel before changes take effect. Fees are non-refundable (unless required by law). Applicable taxes apply by residence. Report suspected fraud immediately.

VINverify Unlimited Vehicle History Subscription

a. No Authentication. Reports reflect prior sales, price analytics, odometer readings from auctions/classifieds; use at your own risk.
b. No Guarantee. Report data isn’t guaranteed accurate, timely, or complete; we don’t guarantee vehicle condition.
c. Monitoring & Usage Restrictions. Unlimited personal use; we monitor usage. If it appears commercial, we may temporarily restrict access and require support contact for review/options.
d. Scope of Order. We provide only what our services describe.
e. Subscription Fees. Currently $99.99/month (or as listed at purchase).
f. Renewals. Auto-renews unless canceled or terminated per Terms.
g. Cancellation. Cancel from your account:

1. Log in at vinverify.online.
2. Click your account number (top right).
3. Select Subscriptions → Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm on-screen. Ensure you see confirmation; otherwise, screenshot and email info@vinverify.online. Email/call alone isn’t an official cancellation — self-service only.
   h. Price Changes. We may change prices with notice; continued use = acceptance (cancel beforehand to avoid new rate).
   i. Trial Subscription. New customers only, one per customer, 3-day trial; auto-converts to $99.99/month unless canceled within trial. Reports during trial follow same terms.
   j. Use of Reports. Reports are for personal use only.

9. Billing Errors, Promotional Prices, and Discounts

Promotions/discounts are shown at checkout. For billing errors, email info@vinverify.online; we will investigate promptly.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

VINverify Rights (services/content) are protected by U.S./international IP laws. You may not copy/modify/derive/monitor content or use brand features without permission. Third-party content isn’t part of VINverify Rights. Content you post grants VINverify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license; information may be used per our Privacy Policy and shared with third parties/call centers, including contact via phone — don’t submit info if you don’t want to be contacted.

11. General Compliance with Laws

You affirm compliance with all applicable laws.

12. Enforcement of These Terms

We may use necessary means to enforce these Terms and comply with legal processes; you authorize disclosure to authorities/municipal entities/others as reasonably necessary without liability.

13. No Responsibility for Third-Party Materials or Websites

We aren’t responsible for third-party content/websites, vehicle condition/safety/marketability/merchantability/quality, ownership or accident history, or data in/omitted from government documents. We aren’t responsible for use of third-party materials or purchase decisions made in reliance on them.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties; Liability Limitations

Services are provided “as is” / “as available,” without warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability/fitness/title/non-infringement). We aren’t liable for indirect/special/consequential/punitive damages (loss of use/data/profits, inability to use the site, inaccuracies/delays, procurement of substitutes, unauthorized access, third-party conduct, force majeure, etc.). Aggregate liability ≤ $100. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site. We aren’t responsible for injuries/damages from reliance on a report. (Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusions.)

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify/defend/hold harmless VINverify and affiliates for claims related to your breach, your use of services/reports, or actions taken by VINverify during investigations.

16. Notices

Notices take effect immediately and may be sent to your account email or by postal mail to your account address.

17. Governing Law and Venue

Florida law governs. Venue: courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Final judgments are binding and enforceable where jurisdiction exists.

18. Miscellaneous

Invalid/unenforceable provisions don’t affect the rest. These Terms are the entire agreement (supersede prior ones). Failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. Third-party/affiliate/software terms may also apply. We aren’t responsible for failure to perform due to conditions beyond our control.

NMVTIS Consumer Access Product Disclaimer

NMVTIS is an electronic system with title/history information on certain U.S. automobiles; it doesn’t include detailed repair history. Not all states provide data; update frequency varies (real-time to multi-day delays). Significant damage may be absent if never branded “total loss” or by a state. A vehicle history report is NOT a substitute for an independent inspection — consumers are strongly encouraged to obtain one before purchase.
